Philip’s directing credits include an international tour of Hamletmachine (Cairo, Amsterdam, London, Rome, Strasbourg, Montpellier), Norway Today (Cambridge and London) and SATB (Battersea Arts Centre London).
Work as a theatre translator/adaptor includes Black Beast, Hamlet is Dead, Faust is Hungry (Royal Court), Nightblind (Company of Angels), Buy Nothing Day, Blue Sky Green Forest (Arcola Theatre).
Philip has assistant directed shows for James Macdonald and Ramin Gray at the Almeida Theatre, Royal Court and National Theatre.
Awards include the Premio Internazionale Claudio Gora and Young Angels Theatremakers Award.
